Harar Boldgrain is full bodied, producing a thick crema on espressos, and notes of sweet honey with walnut.
Lekempti Anfilo is cultivated in Wollega region at an altitude of 1750-1800 meters above sea level. Anfilo is still a dense forest coffee with old genetic material. This coffee comes from Atsede Kutula’s Washing Station.
Jimma Shemekte Deba has a good body with bright acidity and spicy nutty and winey notes.
Limu Kossa is sweet and well balanced with complex flavours of wine, cinnamon, and citrus fruits.
Guji Odo Shakiso is well balanced and very complex, with notes of strawberry and chocolate.
Abyssinia Mocha is grown at an altitude of 1800-1900 meters above sea level. It is a dry processed (unwashed) coffee with true Mocha flavour, that has the hallmark of the old Harar coffee.
