This coffee comes from the town of Dumerso in Gaedo Zone, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. It grows at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level. It is an Indigenous Landrace varietal that was Naturally processed at Dumerso Washing Station.

Rosting Guidlines for Behmore Roaster
When roasting this coffee with the Behmore use the manual mode to quickly transition the coffee through drying and into the Maillard stage as fast as possible. Choose the 1lb preset but only load 1/2lb green coffee. Once the roast starts press the P5 button to enter manual mode with full power, then press D to increase the drum speed. Wait for first crack to begin then drop the power to 75% by pressing P4. End the roast 40 to 50 seconds after first crack by entering into the cooling phase, and open the door to help drop the temperature as fast as possible.
